Where can I buy BURLAP SWEATERS FOR MY CAT?

Many pet stores sell animal clothes for cats and dogs but I’m looking for a burlap or kevlar lined sweater and knit hat for my cat.

Basically, my neighborhood has a problem with airgun snipers.
